AFTERCARE - NAILS:
Wear gloves.
Use cuticle oil.
Keep moisturised with hand cream.
Do not use your nails as tools!
Keep nails and hands dry after washing.
Do not scrape or pick your nails.
AFTERCARE - WAXING:
IMMEDIATE AFTERCARE (FIRST 24-48 HOURS)

Cool Down: Take cool showers instead of hot ones.
Avoid Irritants: Steer clear of hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools.
Gentle Cleansing: Use a mild, unscented soap or cleanser.
Moisturise: Apply a fragrance-free moisturiser or after-wax lotion to soothe and hydrate the skin.
Loose Clothing: Wear loose-fitting, breathable clothing to minimise friction and irritation.
No Harsh Chemicals: Avoid products containing retinoids, alpha-hydroxy acids, or strong perfumes.
No Exercise: Refrain from strenuous workouts that can cause sweating, which can irritate the skin.
No Scratching: Avoid scratching the waxed area.​​
AFTERCARE - EYELASH LIFT AND TINT CARE:

Do not get your lashes wet.
Avoid beauty products around your lashes and eyes.
Avoid steam, saunas, heat, water, or heavy workouts causing sweat.
Do not have any other facial treatment.
Avoid direct sunlight.

AFTER 24 HOURS

Be gentle do not rub or pick at your lashes.
Avoid harsh skincare products or products containing oils.
Do not wear waterproof mascara.
CLIENT PRIVACY & CONSULTATION RECORDS:
To ensure that the treatment I give is safe for you, and to keep client records that comply with the terms of my insurance, I gather personal and contact information on my client consultation forms. The data I collect includes name, date of birth, telephone number and email address. I also collect medical and health information on my consultation form, for example, details of any health conditions you have currently, or historically, and medications you are taking. The information is only kept in paper format and is secured in a locked filing cabinet, to which only I have access. I will use your information of I need to contact you about a treatment you have booked for (for example to confirm or cancel the appointment). I will use your medical and health information to determine if treatment is safe for you or if medical consent or referral is required. I do not use your data for any other purposes. I will not use your information for promotional or marketing purposes and I do not share any of you information with third parties. Client consultations and treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian and by prior consent.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
​I understand life is unpredictable and that sometimes things just get in the way. Therefore I would like to make you aware of the following:-
* If a cancellation is made with at least 24 hours notice - the client will not be charged and I will reschedule your appointment.
* If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice - a fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment will be charged. The client will be sent an invoice and this must be paid within 7 days of the cancellation. This cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion.
* I have the right to cancel your appointment by giving at least 24 hours notice.
* I have the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is deemed unsuitable for the treatment to be provided.
